Dr. King
Dr. King grew up in Goleta, CA, attended Dos Pueblos High School and received his undergraduate degree at UCSB and then earned his doctor of optometry degree in Memphis, TN at the Southern College of Optometry. Dr King started practice in eastern Connecticut in 2000 and was soon appointed an adjunct clinical instructor by the New England College of Optometry and taught optometric externs in their fourth year of study in a clinical setting. In 2003 Dr King moved his practice to Old Saybrook, CT and then took on a second location in Rocky Hill, CT. In 2010 Dr King and his family moved to Solvang and is currently expanding his practice here. He is a member of the California and American Optometric Associations.
Kristin
Kristin runs the front office and is usually the first person you speak to when you call our office. She has vast experience in insurance billing and can help determine your vision and medical insurance benefits. She has worked with Dr King since 2004. Kristin is also in charge of scheduling and assists in dispensing eyewear.
